Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons‘(CPS-ECP) Boating Basics course is online, preparing boaters to pass the Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) test, get certified, and get on the water. The PCOC is mandated by Transport Canada as the minimum certification needed to operate any powered vessel of any length in Canadian waters.
